CWHS型低氨系列常壓燃?xì)?油)熱水鍋爐是臥式內(nèi)燃綠皆式鍋殼鍋爐，其主要結(jié)構(gòu)由鍋殼、爐膽，火箱、一口程煙管。一回程煙管、前后煙箱等組成。適用輕油、重油、城市煤氣、天然氣等氣體、液體燃料。

燃燒室采用了波形爐膽或直形爐膽、對(duì)接焊縫，濕背式結(jié)構(gòu)，避免了后管板受高溫?zé)煔鉀_刷易燒壞的特點(diǎn)，確保鍋爐安全。
煙氣三回程設(shè)計(jì)，煙管采用螺紋煙管，內(nèi)插擾流子，增加了對(duì)流傳執(zhí)面積和增強(qiáng)傳執(zhí)效果，星部煙道可增設(shè)冷凝換熱器降低排煙溫度，吸收煙氣中的顯熱和潛熱，從而提高鍋爐的熱效率(達(dá)95%)。
鍋爐主體嚴(yán)格按照J(rèn)B/T7985-2002《小型和常壓熱水鍋爐通用技術(shù)條件》及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)制作/檢驗(yàn)，品質(zhì)精良。出廠前做靜態(tài)壓力試驗(yàn)和熱態(tài)試驗(yàn)，
采用整機(jī)進(jìn)口燃燒器，壓力霧化，燃燒完全，噪音低，安全高效目環(huán)保指標(biāo)均符合國家要求。鍋爐本體與膨脹水箱相連，膨脹水箱直通大氣，常壓下運(yùn)行，無安全隱患。
運(yùn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)控制，對(duì)出口水溫自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，鍋爐自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火程序啟動(dòng)，配有缺水、過熱、熄火等多種報(bào)警聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)裝置確保鍋爐高效、安全、可靠運(yùn)行。

低氮常壓熱水鍋爐技術(shù)參數(shù)

天然氣耗量是以低位發(fā)熱值8600Kcal/Nm³計(jì)算，輕油耗量是以10263Kcal/kg進(jìn)行計(jì)算。
