電真空熱水鍋爐的下半部結構為水室，水室壁上安裝有不銹鋼加熱管，通過電加熱管將電能轉化為熱能，上半部為蒸汽空間，其中插入了由不銹鋼管組成的列管式熱交換器。由于鍋爐整體是在負壓狀態下，故絕對安全。爐內的熱媒介，在鍋爐運行的全過程中，不進、不出、不增、不減，只封閉在鍋爐的真空室內，在鍋爐的傳熱管與熱交換器之間傳遞熱量。爐內的熱媒介是完全脫氧的純凈水，無腐蝕，無水垢。

安全Security
鍋爐運行時的內部絕對壓力為0.02~0.065Mpa，此壓力低于大氣壓力，即機組處于真空狀態，因而不會發生爆炸，同時上部低壓蒸汽空間安裝有機械防爆裝置，在電器保護措施全部失效的情況下，也不會因為鍋爐超壓而發生危險。
